Summary

ARRI Rental New York the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for an Accounting Manager to work in our Secaucus, NJ office.

We seek someone who is most comfortable in an environment of multi-tasking and problem solving, and who provides strong team leadership. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (we will not consider a business degree), at least 7 years’ experience in all aspects of Accounting with a minimum of 4 years’ supervisory experience in an Accounting setting. To be considered you must have strong knowledge in the following areas:

  • All aspects of Accounts Payables (purchase and freight invoicing, recurring charges, check and vendor reconciliation)
  • All aspects of Accounts Receivable (COD transactions, all billing transactions, COI forms)
  • Strong knowledge of Credit and Collections, ability to analyze credit accounts and make appropriate credit limit decisions, audit delinquent accounts, monitor aged accounts
  • The ability to supervise and mentor Accounting staff to perform to their highest potential
  • Analyze, review, develop and ensure compliance of Accounting dept. procedures
  • Responsible to ensure smooth monthly close in a timely manner
  • Internal audit of the Accounting dept. work product and assist with external audit
  • Advise management on matters of fiscal procedure and engage in critical and confidential aspects of Accounting

    Regional Sales Executive - Northeast

    Summary

    ARRI Rental New York the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to work in our Secaucus, NJ office.

    The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for developing the Northeast US market, negotiating deals and coordinating client requests. This person works to improve ARRI Rental’s market position and financial growth by building new client relationships while maintaining the existing client base. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, the Regional Sales Executive must identify, develop and leverage ARRI Rental’s unique services and product offerings. This role requires consistent interaction with national and international ARRI Rental colleagues and in doing so, helps create an effective group marketing network and data base.

    We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in the film equipment rental industry, strong Sales and Marketing skill sets and superior business acumen. A Bachelor degree in Film/TV production or related field is preferred.

    Main areas of responsibilities for this full time role include:

  • Increase revenue and market share for ARRI Rental
  • Establish and enhance new and existing relationships for ARRI Rental
  • Identify future opportunities in the Northeast US region (New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, etc.)
  • Maintain strong client relations
  • Identify marketing opportunities and present business trends to senior management
  • Participate in marketing, technical, and operational meetings to enhance existing marketing database and contribute to the development of ARRI Rental facilities in the Northeast

    Summary

    ARRI Rental, the premier rental house for professional motion picture Camera and Lighting equipment, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work in our new Burbank office.

    The Marketing Coordinator, is primarily responsible for coordinating the marketing requirements for ARRI Rental North America working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to ensure optimum marketing communication in all formats as well as an effective representation on production locations and at industry events. In addition, contributing to the ARRI Rental Group marketing teams both nationally and internationally.

    We seek a highly-motivated, strong communicator and multi-tasking skilled individual with 5+ years of related work experience (marketing, public relations field). Along with in-depth knowledge of national and international production activity as well as internet search engines and social networking sites.

    A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the introduction of new equipment and or services to the Liaise with the ARRI Rental Marketing Manager & ARRI Rental Group marketing departments
  • Contribute to the production and writing of new content, design & distribution of advertising & promotional material to include merchandising, print and web advertisements, tradeshow promotions, direct mailings, newsletters, social media and other lead generation/communication activities
  • Write news articles, press releases, website content and both internal and external newsletters covering all of ARRI Rental’s activities. Assist with maintenance of website.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local marketing partners (for example, the American Society of Cinematographers)
  • Plan & coordinate local promotional campaigns tradeshows and events
  • Work with managers and business units to determine budgets and manage expenses to that budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media management and analytics
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data

    We seek a creative, self-motivated individual with 2+ years’ experience in day to day warehouse duties. With knowledge of lighting rental equipment, terminology and application as it applies to the Motion Picture, Broadcast and Special Event Industries strongly desired.

    Main areas of responsibilities for this full time role include:

  • Daily duties include but are not limited to, pulling orders; testing equipment; cleaning equipment and trucks before it goes out and on its return; load and unload trucks; clean warehouse.
  • Must be able to drive a truck and forklift.
  • Complete all required paperwork to include
  • Assist other personnel when necessary both as directed or daily in the shop or other departments.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles.

    The right candidate will possess an understanding of Camera and Lighting Rental Equipment and/or Motion Picture and Television industry experience. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in database management (utilizing a CRM system) and analysis.

    This role encompasses the below responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the collection of customer data using a customer relationship management (CRM) system in order to analyze client interaction and optimize engagement of products and services
  • Perform extensive market research to evaluate market penetration and equipment utilization
  • Identify new leads through studio contacts and industry associations, publications and resources
